Certified SYSPRO expertise, plus the custom software and AI-hosted tooling that goes with it. Built, hosted and supported by one team.
Twenty years in SYSPRO means twenty years inside other people’s businesses. We have costed batches in a cosmetics plant, balanced tills across retail branches, run commitment accounting for the public sector and traced pallets through a distribution warehouse. That is the part most partners are missing: knowing SYSPRO is not the same as knowing what a foundry, a fuel distributor or an FMCG business actually needs from it. We work with single-site distributors and with 950-user estates, and the standard is the same either way.
Our job is to be the people you call when SYSPRO matters — not the cheapest quote, the one that already knows your configuration. That means keeping your environment stable, keeping it current, and shaping it around how you already work instead of the other way around.
Whether you need your SYSPRO environment supported, your team trained, a custom application built or an AI tool hosted — one team handles all of it.
Certified consulting, implementations and upgrades for your SYSPRO environment.
Fast, certified support delivered however you need it: on site or remote.
Company classes and facilitated SYSPRO training, organised around your team.
Custom applications, AI-hosted tools, automation, and websites — from landing page to full store.
Reliable hosting for AI apps, SYSPRO environments and websites, monitored and backed up.
License apps we've built in-house, with new listings added regularly.
Browse apps →SYSPRO is not one line on a list of platforms we cover. It’s the only ERP we do. Some of our specialists carry more than 25 years in the product, and every engagement is led by a senior consultant rather than handed down. When you log a call, the person who answers already knows the product and already knows your configuration.
Some of our specialists have worked in SYSPRO for more than 25 years, through the versions your system was built on.
SYSPRO-first by choice. We are not splitting attention across four ERPs and calling yours our fifth.
Two people learn your environment together and stay on it, so first-line is already senior-backed. No script, no triage layer, no explaining your setup twice — and answers come back quickly because someone already knows the system they are looking at.
A senior lead owns your work from scoping to sign-off, and takes the calls afterwards. The same person, not a handover.
Talk to a senior consultant →We implement, support and train on SYSPRO, then build, host and automate on top of it. No handing between vendors, no gaps where accountability disappears.
Implementation, version upgrades, module re-implementation and architecture review, through to a disciplined go-live with documented sign-off. Includes Wyn reporting migration ahead of Crystal’s 2027 deprecation.
A named support team on a real SLA: 30-minute response on critical issues, monthly ticket and hours reporting, root-cause analysis on every critical incident.
Book a certified SYSPRO facilitator to run a class for your company: in your offices, on your configuration, with your own data. Not a course catalogue — a facilitated session aimed at the gaps your team actually has.
Custom applications, AI-hosted tools and workflow automation, built around how your business actually works, not around a template. Websites live here too: landing pages through full online stores, same team, same standard.
Hosting for SYSPRO environments, AI applications and websites: monitored, patched and backed up, with cloud migration handled properly from day one.
Every tool we build for a client gets considered for the marketplace. License a finished app instead of funding a build from scratch.
Browse the marketplace →SYSPRO is built for manufacturers and distributors, and most sites use half of what they’re paying for. We say SYSPRO can do anything, and we mean it: as a Premium Channel Partner we can open up the rest of the platform and keep it standing afterwards.
SYSPRO ships its modules in five groups. Most sites licence far more than they run. Part of the free audit is telling you which of these you already own.
The layer most sites never configure properly. Operator security, the reporting engine, and the e.net integration framework everything else hangs off.
The ledger and everything feeding it, including EFT and the assets register that usually sits half-implemented.
Where SYSPRO earns its keep and where most implementations stop short. Inventory planning, engineering change control and job costing that reconciles.
Requisition through to GRN, plus the parts distributors actually live in: landed cost, returns, trade promotions and the supply chain portal.
The extension set. Application Designer and DataSwitch are how we build against SYSPRO without forking it.

Our technical team runs a full audit on your system: version readiness, customisations, and how much of the platform you are actually using. No cost, no obligation. One recent audit produced a five-year licence plan in a single session.
Book your free audit →Give us an hour and you’ll leave with your upgrade path, your reporting position, your licence exposure and a support model, written down.
Schedule a consultation →SYSPRO POS, BarTender label printing and custom payment integration, implemented across multiple branches and reconciled end-of-day, every day.
Branch setup, till configuration, payment codes and operator security, rolled out branch by branch.
Custom .NET payment assemblies for card and debit codes, built against the SYSPRO POS foundation.
In-store barcode and label printing for pricing, promotions and stock labels, integrated directly with SYSPRO POS. Warehouse-side scanning lives on the SYSPRO page.
Line-level hook assemblies for promotions, pricing, loyalty rules and discount logic at the till.
Reconciliation tooling that shows exactly where an end-of-day broke, and what to do about it.

Live dashboards, 36 prebuilt financial reports and a self-service designer, running read-only on your own SYSPRO database. When a report shows a problem you see it as it happens — or catch it earlier with a scheduled alert — and on Enterprise you raise the requisition, purchase order or sales order straight from that row.
Ask a question in plain English and 72 patterns answer it straight from the database with no AI model in the path. Writes go through SYSPRO's own business objects, under the person's own login, never a table directly.
A branded portal your customers sign into for their own balance, AR statement and invoices, read live from SYSPRO. Every reorder becomes a quote first — priced by a rep, approved by the customer — before anything is created in SYSPRO.
No customer-facing form can set what they pay, the SQL login is read-only, and credit holds and stock rules stay with SYSPRO. Every quote records who requested, who priced and who approved it.
One portal for quotes, sales orders, invoices, payments and statements, talking directly to your SYSPRO data. Nothing gets re-keyed and nothing gets reconciled twice.
Reads and posts through SYSPRO's own business objects and database — no shadow ledger, no second source of truth. Installs on your SYSPRO application server, with every quote, post and payment logged against the operator who actioned it.
Pinpoints exactly where a POS end-of-day failed — unbalanced tills, orphaned payments, integration gaps — and gives the operator a clear fix path.
A starter set of Wyn dashboards for AR, AP, inventory and sales — deployed to your environment and ready to extend, so Crystal migration doesn't start from zero.
Runs your day-end, month-end and year-end balancing: sequencing the checks, flagging what is out of balance, and automating the routine so your team is not doing it by hand every period.
SYSPRO expertise across the sectors that matter most to Southern African manufacturers and distributors.
Premium is one of the highest tiers in the SYSPRO partner programme: direct access to SYSPRO's technical teams, early product access, and a formally recognised delivery record.
Vault Tech's audit gave us complete clarity on our SYSPRO usage and token position. We went from uncertainty to a solid 5-year plan in a single session.
The questions we get asked most often, answered straight.
SYSPRO is an ERP built specifically for manufacturers and distributors. It brings production, inventory, financials and distribution into one system, so decisions get made off one set of numbers instead of five spreadsheets.
A focused implementation runs 3–6 months; a broad, multi-module rollout runs 6–12. We scope against your actual complexity and give you a timeline you can plan around rather than an optimistic one.
Yes — training during implementation, ongoing sessions as your team changes, and focused training when new modules or features land. It's built around your configuration, not a generic course.
A named support team on a documented SLA — 30-minute response on critical incidents, monthly ticket and hours reporting, root-cause analysis on every critical, and quarterly SLA reviews.
Yes. We work through e.net business objects and SQL to connect CRM, e-commerce, payment gateways, scanning and reporting layers — and we maintain those integrations through every version upgrade.
SYSPRO Crystal Reports is being deprecated in 2027 in favour of Wyn. We deploy Wyn to your QA environment first so users build familiarity early, then migrate reporting across before the deadline forces it.
Manufacturing, distribution, retail, mining and industrial, FMCG, transport and public sector. If you run SYSPRO, sector is rarely the constraint — configuration is.
Implementation, support, a licence audit or just a second opinion — one call with Tyrone is where it starts.
Tell us what you're running and what's not working. We'll come back with a scoped answer, not a brochure.
Vault Analyst turns your SYSPRO data into live dashboards, self-service reports and plain-English answers. When a report shows a problem you see it the moment it happens, or catch it earlier with a scheduled alert — and on Enterprise, raise the requisition, purchase order or sales order straight from that row. One login, read-only by default, running on your own database.
The report usually already says stock is low, or that a debtor is overdue. It said so days ago. The cost lives in the gap between seeing that and doing something about it — and most reporting tools leave that gap open by design. Vault Analyst closes it, on the same row, in the same login.
Live dashboards and plain-English answers, built on your own company databases and business objects — so the figures match SYSPRO to the cent, and a question comes back as a chart and a table with no report writer, no MDX and no developer in the loop.
A KPI watches itself — stock crossing its reorder point, a debtor ageing past terms, a purchase order gone overdue — and speaks once when it trips, not every hour it stays that way.
On Enterprise the row does not stop at telling you. Stock below minimum becomes a requisition, a confirmed supplier becomes a purchase order — posted through SYSPRO's own business objects, with a confirmation step.
A lot of reporting tools call something “automation” now. Most of it means a trigger fires elsewhere and you take it from there. This is the rung most of them do not reach — the record changes inside SYSPRO itself, not beside it.
Seventy-two question patterns answer straight from the database with no AI model in the path — so the common questions are instant, and the answer is validated logic rather than a model's best guess. Save any answer as a report you can re-run.
Tables on the canvas, the column grid underneath, and the SQL it will run shown in full before it runs. Nothing is hidden from the person building it.
A customer on sixty-day terms is not overdue on day thirty-one. Vault Analyst reads each customer's terms code, works out when each invoice was really due, and ages it from there. The aged analysis totals to the AR control account to the cent.
Every person has their own account and password. Roles are built from nine capabilities and can be scoped to SYSPRO modules, so a credit controller sees the debtors book and a warehouse supervisor does not. Posting needs two locks: the role has to carry it, and the person has to be switched on individually. Row-level security goes one step further — a rep scoped to their own branch sees only their own rows inside a screen everybody else shares.
When someone does post, it runs under their own SYSPRO login rather than a shared service account, so SYSPRO's own audit shows the person. Vault Analyst keeps a second record beside it: who posted, when, exactly what was sent, and exactly what SYSPRO handed back. Every write goes through SYSPRO's own business objects; nothing here touches a table directly.
Reports and dashboards can be emailed to a group on a schedule, including people who have no login at all. Statements can go out to the whole customer book in one run, on the day you choose, through SYSPRO's own formatted document. And a KPI can watch itself — stock crossing its reorder point, a debtor ageing past terms — and the moment it does, an email arrives with a button that raises the transaction it is warning you about.
Daily, weekly or monthly, to named recipients as Excel, CSV or HTML — through your own mail server, so nothing routes through ours.
One run sends every customer their statement, printed from SYSPRO's own template. One failed email is a line in the log, not a reason to stop the batch.
A threshold crossed sends an email once, not every hour — and where the data supports it, a button that raises the purchase order on the spot.

We call it AI, but it is not a public chatbot bolted onto your ERP. It is a small, purpose-built engine taught to do one job: read a plain-English question and turn it into a safe, read-only query against your own SYSPRO data, whether that runs as SQL or through SYSPRO business objects.
Most questions never reach a model at all. Seventy-two question patterns answer directly from the database, so the common questions are instant and give you the most accurate answer, not a model's best guess. Your records are never used to train it or shared outside your environment.
No public chatbot. The engine lives inside the portal, scoped to your database.
Can run fully self-contained on your own infrastructure, with nothing leaving your network.
Every question is read-only by default and recorded, with writes only through SYSPRO.
Every plan carries unlimited people who view dashboards and run reports, and unlimited SYSPRO companies — how many companies you run is an accident of how the group was structured and has nothing to do with what the software is worth to you. What changes as you move up is how many people build, how finely you control who sees what, whether the reporting and paperwork run themselves, and whether anyone may write back into SYSPRO.
Licensing is quoted per site, once we know how you are set up. Ask us for a written quote.
Designer seats are named and hold one live session, so signing in elsewhere ends the first one, and every action is recorded against the person who took it. Extra designer seats are available on Professional, up to five extra (nine seats in total). Monthly or annual, invoiced in South African rand — annual is twelve months at the same monthly rate, invoiced upfront. Rand prices are set for the South African market rather than converted from the dollar price. Prices exclude VAT, and onboarding is quoted per site. An 8% uplift applies on renewal; a three-year term is available at a discount with the price locked. Ask us for a written quote.
Scheduled reports and dashboards, bulk statement runs to your whole customer book, and threshold alerts with an action button. Add it to Starter or Professional when you want the reporting to run itself. Included at no extra charge on Enterprise.
Requisitions, purchase orders and sales orders, posted straight from a result row through SYSPRO’s own business objects. All of it together — not sold in slices below Enterprise. The only tier where Vault Analyst closes the loop instead of just watching it.
Profit does not disappear, it leaks. Margin eroded on a price list nobody re-checked, stock written off with no reason recorded, a discount taken that was never granted. Individually invisible, and none of them show up as a single line on any report your team already runs.
Hunter runs 21 detection rules across 10 SYSPRO modules against an extracted, read-only copy of your data — never the live system — and carries every finding through the same chain: data, hunt, finding, evidence, opportunity, value, action. A finding is a suspicion with arithmetic attached, and every figure carries a calculation ledger back to the source rows.
Cost that never made it into the selling price. Selling prices that drift from what was actually approved.
Excess and slow-moving stock. Jobs that stall half-finished. Material issued beyond what the job needed.
Paying more than another branch paid last week. Duplicate supplier invoices. Customers who quietly stopped buying.
Notice the dash. Hunter never turns an unconfirmed figure into a silent zero — every number on screen says whether a person has stood behind it yet, because "nobody has checked this" and "nothing was found" are different claims.
Reporting tools usually meter the people reading the reports, so the finance office rations logins and half the business goes back to asking for a spreadsheet. Everyone in your company can have an account here, on every plan.
Nothing is copied into a warehouse, so there is no storage tier to outgrow, no processing hours to buy, and no overnight refresh window where the dashboard is showing you yesterday. Queries run against SYSPRO as it stands.
One company or nine, the price is the same. How a group is structured for tax and legal reasons has nothing to do with what reporting is worth, and buying a business should not arrive with an upgrade invoice.
We map your companies, reports and data, then show you Vault Analyst running against your own numbers before you commit to anything.
